Amato Vino is a small-batch, artisan winery in Western Australia’s Margaret River wine area. The “lo-fi” approach to winemaking encourages natural fermentations, minor winery modifications, and delicate handling. A majority of wines are unfiltered and unfined. We take a hands-off approach to the science of winemaking, using little to no inputs and sticking to conventional procedures. However, we are hands-on in manual labour, care, and guidance.
